B.Pharm. is an undergraduate four years course (approved by PCI) which is a pre-requisite for registration to practice as a pharmacist. It imparts skills to work in industry, clinical set ups, drug control organizations, education and research sectors in pharmaceuticals.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)

Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Pharmacy) (2 years after 10+2) (Diploma should be recognized by PCI) or equivalent.

(5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

Fee details and Allied Issues

Fee for successive semesters will be payable before the end of teaching of preceding semester.

Examination fee (per semester) is Rs. 2500 and examination fee of 1st semester is payable along with fee of 2nd semester or before.

For Fee other than programme fee, please refer the head ‘Fee for Additional Services/ Facilities’ of ‘General Guidelines for Admissions’ in Part C of the Prospectus-2020.

'Terms and Conditions for LPU - Scholarship and its different phases' as mentioned in Part B of Prospectus-2020 must be referred.

The term 'Programme fee' as mentioned above, includes - Tuition and Development fees; University Fee for Registration/ Enrolment, Cultural, Sports, Club activities, Co-curricular activities etc.; Fee for Additional Services/ Facilities for Contingency, Outreach, Placement, Medical, Counselor etc. as prescribed by the University.

If the Fee of the programme is reduced due to any reason,scholarship amount for all the brackets/ categories will be reduced proportionately i.e. fee after scholarship etc. will not be reduced and will remain same.

For students enrolled under Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) and/or other such scholarship schemes the University may take full fee directly from the student, and/or security amount as deemed fit by the university.

For aggregate marks in qualifying exam, refer clause 'Eligibility' under General Guidelines for Admissions etc. in Part C of Prospectus-2020.

Modes of Payment

(i)Demand Draft/ Pay Order related to Application Form Fee, Programme Fee, Programme Transfer Fee, Examination Fee, Migration Fee or LPUNEST Fee are to be made in favor of “LOVELY ACADEMICS“ payable at JALANDHAR.

(ii)Demand Draft/ Pay Order related to Residential Charges (Residence/Mess Charges), Laundry Charges, Transport Charges, Parking Charges, or any other related Charges are to be made in favor of “LOVELY FACILITIES“ payable at JALANDHAR.

• Procuring atleast one textbook for each course and carry bag in all semesters/ years and Laptop is compulsory.

• Students will be required to pay an additional amount of approximately Rs. 3000 for University Uniform. It would include a set of Blazer, Trousers, Shirt and Tie/ Scarf as per the requirement of the respective programme.

• The expense of uniform (if any) will be borne by the applicant himself/ herself admitted under Post Matric Scholarship.

• Programme fee and other fee shall also be applicable for all terms/ semesters in which student goes on industrial training/ internship or other activity (if any).

• Students will have to pay additional expenditure as incurred on tours (including educational tours), visits (including industrial visits), workshop/ training/ internship/ projects/ placements.
